2. Usage-Based Mastering Payment Terms
Article 18. One-Time Mastering Payments
This Article applies to one-time mastering payments made when downloading a completed master. For users residing outside the Republic of Korea, mandatory consumer protection rights under your jurisdiction (e.g., the EU 14-day right of withdrawal under Directive 2011/83/EU) shall prevail to the extent they grant greater protection than this Article.
① A one-time payment is bound to the selected mastering session and is not transferable between members. ② The entitlement period for download and included remastering is seventy-two (72) hours from payment confirmation. ③ A one-time payment includes the first completed master plus up to two (2) additional remastering attempts within the entitlement period. ④ The payable amount is calculated from track length: KRW 3,600 for up to five minutes, plus KRW 20 for each started extra second. ⑤ Use is defined as download of the mastered output or use of an included remastering entitlement. Once use begins, withdrawal may be restricted under Article 17(2)(5) of the Korean Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce after prior notice and consent. ⑥ For processing errors or support/refund cases, the Company may issue a remastering entitlement instead of monetary conversion.
