Refund Policy
This refund policy is governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, including the Act on the Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce. For users residing outside the Republic of Korea, mandatory consumer protection rights in your jurisdiction (e.g., the EU 14-day right of withdrawal under Directive 2011/83/EU, U.S. state-level consumer protection statutes) shall prevail to the extent they grant greater protection than this policy.
Jason Music Lab Co., Ltd. ("Company") operates QuackTracks ("Service"). The following refund policy applies:

1. Right of Withdrawal (Article 17(1) of the Act)
Users may exercise the right of withdrawal within seven (7) days of purchase.
However, pursuant to Article 17(2)(5) of the Act, the right of withdrawal may be limited for digital content where supply has commenced. The Company clearly notifies users and obtains consent at the pre-payment screen (see the refund policy agreement checkbox on the /checkout page).
2. Subscription Refunds
- If the service has not been used at all after a subscription payment, a full refund is provided within 7 days of payment.
- If the service has been used one or more times, or 7 days have elapsed:
- Monthly subscription: Refund is calculated on a pro-rata basis over 30 days, from the day after payment to the refund request date (payment date excluded, request date included). Partial days are rounded up in the user's favor.
- Example: A monthly subscription of KRW 9,900, refund requested on day 10 → 9 days used, 21 days remaining → (9,900 × 21 / 30) = KRW 6,930 refund
- Annual subscription: Calculated on a 365-day basis.
- Example: An annual subscription of KRW 99,000, refund requested on day 30 → 29 days used, 336 days remaining → (99,000 × 336 / 365) ≈ KRW 91,135 refund
- Monthly subscription: Refund is calculated on a pro-rata basis over 30 days, from the day after payment to the refund request date (payment date excluded, request date included). Partial days are rounded up in the user's favor.
3. One-Time Payments and Remastering Entitlements
- A one-time mastering payment is tied to the selected session and unlocks download plus two remastering attempts for 72 hours.
- Once download or remastering entitlement use begins, digital content supply is considered started and monetary conversion is not provided except where required by law.
- For processing errors, failed delivery, or refund-support cases, the Company may issue a remastering entitlement under the same policy as compensation.
4. Company-Attributable Refunds
- Full and immediate refund for issues attributable to the Company, including payment errors, service interruptions, or technical defects that prevent use of paid services.

- Card refunds may require up to 5 additional business days for processing by the card issuer.
- Virtual account refunds require separate bank account information; transfer fees are fully borne by the Company.
- The "within 7 days + unused" refund constitutes a statutory right of withdrawal under the Act, requiring refund within 3 business days (Art. 18(2)).
6. How to Request a Refund

7. Payment Cancellation & Reversal Timing
- Same day as payment approval: Card and easy-pay transactions can be cancelled immediately (authorization reversal). Bank transfers and virtual accounts can be refunded immediately before settlement.
- After the next business day: After settlement processing, the standard refund procedure applies per the card issuer's schedule.
8. Dispute Resolution
- For refund-related disputes, please first contact customer support at account@jasonmusiclab.com.
- If no resolution is reached, you may file a dispute with the Korea Consumer Agency or the Consumer Dispute Resolution Committee under the Framework Act on Consumers.

9. Refund Fee
- PG fees incurred during refunds are borne by the Company (the purchaser does not bear any refund fees).
